In this talk we will take a nostalgic trip through Walthamstow´s past. From stage coaches, to the "jazz" trains, when Walthamstow and the surrounding area became a holiday destination (even Queen Victoria came to visit) and enjoyed many delights, such as trout fishing on the River Lee.Tony Barnes is the Vice President of Walthamstow Trades Hall and we are excited for his historic talk!
